The Rotary Club of Nagoya-North (Rotary International District 2760) of Aichi Prefecture of Japan has co-funded the building of necessary facilities for Thongkang Primary School, a remote community of Hin Heub district, Vientiane Province.
Worth over 158 million kip, the facilities include water supply and hand washing facilities.
