10:51 | Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) chairman, General Wiwat Suchart, said that Bangkok Expressway and Metro’s (BEM) will increase the toll fee by Bt5 (about US$0.15) on Chaloem Maha Nakhon and Si Rat expressways in September 2018. This is BEM’s final price hike as its concessions is due to expire in 2018.
