Russian Ground Forces Commander-in-Chief Colonel-General Oleg Salyukov has held negotiations with Lao People’s Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Lieutenant-General Suvon Luongbunmi. The generals hashed over joint practicing in tank maneuvers, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
